Legal Status
“Alwernia” Chemical Company was transformed from a state-owned company to a company of the State Treasury Company and entered into the Register of Companies referring to H/B 3806 in 1991.
In 1993, the Company was included in the Mass Privatization Program, and the Company’s stock was contributed to the NFIs (National Investment Funds). Since 1996, the Company’s stock has been traded in the OTC market.
In 2000 CIECH S.A. becomes the biggest shareholder of “Alwernia” S.A..
July 25, 2013, CIECH SA and Alwernia Invest Sp. z o.o signed an agreement to sell 99.62% shares of Chemical Company “Alwernia” SA.
Since 27 September 2018 the Company name has changed into “Alventa” S.A.
Nowadays Alventa Invest Sp. z o.o. owns 100% shares of “Alventa” S.A..
