Kaizen

In September 2014, the Kaizen management system was implemented at Alventa S.A.

In Japanese, “kaizen” means:  „kai” – change, „zen” – good, thus “continuous improvement”.

The philosophy has its roots in Japanese culture and management practices, which can be summarised as a method of continuous improvement of all aspects of an organisation’s operations.
